TRADERS NET PREAMBLE
Welcome to the South-Cars Traders Net. Your Net Control Is: ___Call Sign__, My name is: ___Name__ I am in: __QTH_. This net meets every Wednesday from 10AM to 11AM for the purpose of trading, selling, or buying amateur related equipment and accessories. HF conditions are always a challenge, so if you are unable to check-in to list your item(s) on the air, please E-mail them to me at: WA2TWA@carolina.rr.com. I will read them at the beginning of the traders net and/or during the net time permitting. Please realize, we only take check-ins from those desiring to use the service of the traders’ net. Therefore, your cooperation will be appreciated. When checking in, give only the suffix of your call sign. I will acknowledge those I hear, and then come back to you for your listing. I will take 3 check-ins at a time. I will run those, and repeat the process. When you are called, give your full call, name, and location, followed by your listing. PLEASE speak slowly, and clearly. With conditions as they are, hearing can be tough. Please list one item at a time, REMEMBER, I have to write all this down. Listings are restricted to no more than 3 items per week. We request that each listing be kept to a minimum; to include only the brand name, model number, (What it is, I.E. transceiver, receiver, Amp, ETC.), condition, price, and contact information. Please no history or sales pitch you can discuss this with the individuals when they contact you.
This net follows the guidelines and procedures set forth by the FCC Part 97, Paragraph (197.113 (A) (3).
